1Using the site
- You can search, read listings and project details, and contact agents without an account.
- Project facts, prices and what is nearby come from public sources and from agents. They can be out of date or wrong: check with the agent or the owner before you decide.
- The repayment and yield calculators estimate from the figures you type. They are not a loan offer or financial advice.
- Do not copy the site with automated tools. The number of requests is limited, and the site may ask you to show you are a person.
2Accounts and signing in
- You sign up once with your mobile number, then sign in with your email and password. A password is … to … characters.
- If you have not signed in for more than … days, a code is also sent to your email.
- Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone knows it, change it on My account: every other device is signed out at once.
- Agents join by invitation only, or by asking to join and being accepted by an administrator.
3Rules for listings
- List only property that exists and that you have been asked to sell or let. The price, size and details must be true.
- Every listing is checked by an administrator before it goes on the site. One that is not accepted comes back with the reason, to be put right.
- Do not put a phone number, LINE, email or any other way of contact in a listing's title or description. Buyers contact you through the buttons on the listing, which reach its agent.
- A listing needs at least … photographs and at most …, each up to … MB and at least … pixels on its short side. The GPS position is removed from every photograph.
- Use only photographs you took or have the right to use. The same photograph on more than one listing is looked at again.
- A listing stays up for … days and can be renewed in its last …. Close it as soon as the home is sold or let.
- A draft left untouched for … days is removed, with a warning … days before.
- When an agent leaves a team, their listings pass to the agency's owner.
4Enquiries and reviews
- A message or viewing request reaches the agent of that listing only, and only when the sender agrees on the form. The agent may use it only to reply about that home.
- Only someone who really contacted an agent may review them, once, in … to … characters. The agent may reply.
- Reviews of a building are checked by an administrator before they are shown.
5Not allowed
- Fake listings, homes that do not exist, or prices meant to mislead.
- Content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Using a buyer's contact details to send advertising or anything they did not ask for.
6Reports and suspension
- Anyone can report a listing that breaks these rules from the listing's page. An administrator looks at every report.
- An administrator may close a listing that breaks the rules and suspend an account that does so again. A suspended account can still read its inbox but cannot change or add listings.
7Changes
- These terms change when the way the site works changes. The version on this page is the one in force.
