What the site knows about me
What we guess from the homes you look at, keep and ask about. It is used only to suggest homes: it never changes a price you see, and it is never given to an agent.

What we keep, why, and for how long

Who sees it
- The agent and agency of a listing you ask about see the name, number and message you sent
- The SMS provider receives your number, only to send you a sign-in code
- We do not sell data, and do not send what you do on the site to outside analytics services
What stays on your device
Recently viewed homes, the comparison list, and favourites and searches saved before signing in are kept in your browser only and never sent to us.
Your rights
You can refuse recommendations and news at any time and the site still searches, shows listings and reaches agents in full · You can see and remove your own data from this page, done at once when you are signed in · Daily totals that cannot be traced to you are kept after removal, because they are no longer about you.
